A fine 19th century Chinese Export ROSE MEDALLION BOWL, measuring 7 ins. across and 2 7/8 ins high. It Interior Is handpainted in the typical Rose Medallion style with two floral/bird panels alternating with 2 figural panels surrounding a central medallion of butterflies. The outside of the bowl is paitned in a similar fashion. There are two, 1/8 ins. professionally repaired chips on the rim that show only with very close inspection. There is minor rim fritting as expected.
