A Chinese Export rose Medallion bowl, measuring 9 x 4 ins., dating to the mid to late 19th century. The bowl has four altemating interior panels of roses and people. The exterior is treated in the same way. The enamels are bright and thick, showing minimal wear. The base is covered with a clear glaze that shows the white porcelain body. It is unmarked, which dates it to the mid 1800s. The bowl has had a small rim chip repaired.
